The Excel & Ready Community Program (ERCP) is a nonprofit educational enrichment program that helps students strengthen their academic skills, build confidence, develop leadership abilities, and prepare for future success through tutoring, mentorship, and enrichment activities.

ERCP serves students in grades 2–12. Programs may be divided by age group to ensure students receive age-appropriate instruction and support.

ERCP offers:
Academic support in Reading/ELA and Math
Homework help
Small-group tutoring
Educational enrichment activities
Partner with Navigant CU to provide Financial literacy workshops, during the summer program
Career and college exploration
Leadership development
Field trips and special events
Mentorship opportunities

Program fees vary depending on the session. Financial assistance may be available for families experiencing hardship. Please contact ERCP to discuss available options.

Program locations may vary throughout the year. Families will receive location details before each program begins.

Applications are on our website, excelandready.org. Parents or guardians must complete the registration form and submit all required documents before the registration deadline.

Yes. Regular attendance is important for student success. Families should notify ERCP if a student will be absent.

Students should bring:
A positive attitude
Any assigned materials
Water bottle (recommended)
Completed homework if applicable
ERCP will provide most instructional materials needed for participation.

Depending on the program, snacks and/or meals may be provided. Families will be notified in advance regarding meal arrangements.

Many ERCP programs include educational field trips. Parents will receive permission slips and trip details before participation.

Parents are responsible for keeping contact information up to date.

ERCP strives to support all students. Parents should notify program staff of any educational, behavioral, medical, or accommodation needs during registration.

Students are expected to:
Treat others with respect
Follow staff directions
Participate in activities
Use appropriate language
Respect property and facilities
Failure to follow program expectations may result in parent conferences, suspension, or dismissal from the program.

Parents are welcome to communicate with staff and attend designated family events. For safety reasons, all visitors must check in with program staff.

Yes. Students are supervised by ERCP staff, tutors, volunteers, and program leaders during all scheduled program activities.

At this time, families are generally responsible for arranging transportation unless otherwise announced for a specific event or field trip.

Community members interested in volunteering may contact ERCP directly. Volunteer roles require background checks.
