Our Programs
ERCP’s programming is designed to nurture the whole student, academically, creatively, and personally. Through a blend of individualized instruction, hands-on enrichment, and intentional leadership development, we provide students with the tools, confidence, and support they need to thrive. Our Academic Programs build strong foundations in literacy, math, and study skills; our Creative & Cultural Enrichment offerings spark imagination, cultural pride, and joyful exploration; and our Leadership & Mentorship initiatives cultivate character, communication, and community engagement. Together, these three pillars create a comprehensive learning environment where every student is empowered to grow, discover their strengths, and envision a bright future.
ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
ERCP’s Academic Programs include 4 days per week of After School Tutoring and a 5-Week full immersion Summer Program. Both programs ensure every student receives the individualized support they need to grow with confidence.
CULTURAL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS
ERCP’s enrichment programming opens doors to creativity, culture, and the joy of self-expression. Students explore the arts, technology, and community experiences that broaden their world, strengthen cultural identity, and build confidence.
LEADERSHIP & MENTORSHIP PROGRAMS
ERCP is committed to preparing the next generation of leaders with the skills, discipline, and voice to shape their future. Our leadership track instills confidence, character, and a sense of purpose, ensuring each child sees themselves as capable, valued, and ready for opportunities ahead.
